About Northshore Secret Heroin Problem
I am the mother of a heroin-addicted teenage daughter. I am in recovery and have been sober since 1988 from alcoholism. The whole reason I got involved with anything related to heroin awareness was because I saw how heroin ruined lives and tears families apart. This drug is so dangerous and has killed countless young people. By the time my daughter reached 18, she had six close friends die from heroin. That’s when I felt I needed to do something to help–anything. So I thought if I could just get the word out about how dangerous the drug is, how available and how cheap the drug is, to help anyone–it would be worth it.
